The Instructor
Natalie left Russia 25 years ago. She divided the years between the United States and the United Kingdom. She now lives with her family in Southern California.
Natalie has a master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London. In her work, Natalie combines science with the knowledge she gleaned from her spiritual teachers in Russia, the UK, and the United States.
Her podcast, Mastery Mindset, airs on station KFZR for the mountain community each week. This program introduces various concepts of Positive Psychology and offers many practical tips.
Natalie’s book on personal development, Conversations with My Angel, is scheduled for release in 2024. Her first book, The War in Las Vegas (sci-fi/fantasy), can be found on Amazon.
Our retreats are far from the noise of the city (16241 Askin Dr, Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222) and completely devoted to active self-knowledge and self-improvement. Here, we are dedicated to practical exercises, including concentration, meditation, and much more, bringing together the blend of ancient wisdom and science.
